Payment

(1) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the due date for payment is determined according to the calendar, the customer will be in default simply by missing the deadline.

(2) The customer can make payment via PayPal, direct debit or credit card.

Shipping

(1) The applicable shipping costs are shown to the customer in the order form and are payable by the customer, unless the customer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal.

(2) Orders within Germany are shipped via DPD or DHL, depending on the order.

(3) For orders with a value below €29, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 (incl. VAT) within Germany. For orders with a value of €29 or more, delivery within Germany is free of charge.

(4) We normally deliver within Germany only. Deliveries to other countries are only made following prior individual review and agreement.

delivery times

(1) Delivery times stated by us are calculated from the time of our order confirmation (Section 3 (2) of these Terms and Conditions), provided that the purchase price has been paid in advance.

(2) If the product specified by the customer in the order is only temporarily unavailable, the provider will also inform the customer of this immediately. If delivery is delayed by more than two weeks, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the provider is also entitled to withdraw from the contract. In doing so, the provider will immediately refund any payments already made by the customer.
